  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be in unused and unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

    • Gift cards.
    • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

2. How to Return an Item

  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number in your return package.
  • Packaging: Pack your items securely with the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Prepaid Return Label: In certain cases, HTBM may provide a prepaid return label for returns due to defective or incorrect items.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Refund Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement for the item at no extra charge.

7. Final Sale Items

Certain items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
